Large furnished room in Carlton available for a female professional from Jan 2013. Apt is fully furnished and very comfortable rent includes all utilities to share with working couple who use the place occasionally as a city pad. Ideally youll be tidy and treat the apt with care and dont mind cats (we sometimes bring our Ragdoll and Burnese kids over the weekend). We are easy going and would prefer non smokers. Sorry but NO couples as wed rather treat this place as home than operate a backpackers.
