We are located 1 mins walk to Lygon St, 5 mins walk to Brunswick St and 20 mins walk to the city. Close to transportation( Melbourne University Tram stop ) and Lygon court shopping centre.
The double room for rent has hardwood floors ( no cupboards ) and is located on the top floor of the house. The rent is $875 per month and the bond is $800. Bills – Electricity , Gas and water are approx. $180.00 per 3 months .
