I am looking for somebody to take over my lease asap. I currently Live on 1 Drummond Street Carlton in a big houseshare. I have recently been offered a new job so I am looking to move a little closer to work (southbank) therefore I need somebody to take over my lease. I share a large twin bed room with a 20 yr old American girl who is a hairdresser and attends Melbourne Uni but she is awesome and you will have absoloutly no problems sharing with her. All bills are included there is unlimited internet free water gas and everything all for $830 a month! It is in an amazing area 2 min wak from Melbourne Central and 1 street down from Lygon street. There is absoloutly nothing wrong with the place I am just looking for somewhere a little more convenient for me. The place has some really awesome people living in it and its so big you will never be on top of each other or have a lack of space.
