My current roommate is moving out mid-June so I am looking for someone to share a studio with! It is located in the quiet Carlton area, walking distance from Melbourne Uni Parkville campus, RMIT and the city. 5 min walk from woolworths and 1 min walk from the tramstop. It is spacious,has a balcony, a kitchen, separate from the bedroom and a free communal laundromat located on the same floor as the apartment. The bedroom has a sofa-bed, a writing desk, a shelving compartment and a wardrobe. It is a studio so there is only ONE bedroom which we will share. We will sleep on different beds but at the moment I have only one because my roommate is talking hers away so if you have a bed or a mattress that you could bring that would be great!
