I am currently seeking someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease on this property. The apartment is very spacious comprising of a bathroom with second toilet on the lower level (the apartment is spread over two levels). The is a balcony on the first floor and a large balcony/patio on the second floor which both bedrooms open out onto. The bedroom offered is large enough for a queen bed and has built in robes and the positioning means that noise does not travel.I am regretfully putting my room up for rent but for personal reasons I have to move away.The flatmate you will be sharing with is a very friendly male who loves to catch up with friends but is also respectful and study s hard.
