As my year-long contract expires in mid-Feb 2013 I hope that you can take over from Dec2012 (but you may move in during the last week of Nov12). If you are happy with your stay you may sign a new contract from mid-Feb13 with the management.Fully furnished bedroom with tables cupboards bed a set of dinnerware and radiator provided in a shared unit for four. All amenitieskitchen living and dining room bathroom and toilet are shared with the other residents in the unit except the bedroom which is privately yours. Shared amenities are fully furnished and you have your own storage cabinet too. Laundry facilities are coin-operated. An inconveniencemy unit is on the 5th floor and theres no lift nevertheless walking stairs everyday is my form of daily exercise.I will also be having items in my room up-for-sale all of which are still in good condition. You can buy from me and save the money to spend setting up your stay.
