We are going to have a spare double room in Albert Park from the 9th July until the 23rd August (possibly until the 1st October).The bedroom is a double room with a double bed 2 built in wardrobes and all linen provided. (more photos to come)We live in a fantastic old style house in the middle of Albert park one side of us is Albert Park lake the other the bay and surrounded by amazing cafes and shops.There are three different trams that run around us all going through the city but also to St Kilda (#96) Brunswick (#112) and Fitzroy (#1).City is 4kms away St Kilda is 2km away and South Melbourne Markets around 1km away.There is the possibility of over the stay having the entire house to yourselves for 5 weeks (TBA).It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large backyard and great entertaining area including outdoor heater and shade cloth.Price per week is $300 for a couple or $250 for one person (including internet gas and water)About us: Matt and I (Kate) both work full-time and we are 27 and 24. I work in the not-for-profit sector and Matt in Marketing. We are easy going and very chilled and looking to live with a like-minded individual or couple.*more photos to come.
