There is a bond payable of one months rent that will be refunded on moving out. Note that in Australia bond is kept by a government body. It is not paid to the landlord.Minimum lease period is 6 months. Leaving before will forfeit bond.Buses Trains Trams and freeways are located within easy reach. Any possible facility goods or service you can imagine is within walking distance or a short ride away by public transport including a 260 hectare (642 acre) park with the yarra river running through it.Willing to reduce rent by $100 a month for the first six months or provide free parking for the first six months if the room is tenanted by the 6th of June.I am a thirties male professional working full time.
