Hi there!Me and a friend just singned the lease for a house in Abbotsford! We are really excited about it but would love to share the house with one more person so we are looking for a third housemate who would like to rent the largest bedroom at the back of the house. Coming through the front door you will enter a good size lounge room so theres enough space to chill out after a hard day of work There is also a large kitchen where we could share a meal together every now and then. The outdoors pace looks a bit boring since its all concrete but its a matter of time before it will be cheered up! And theres enough space to catch some sun. The house also includes its own parkingspace. And since we dont have a car its all yours! For ppl who use publictransport: victoria park station is only a 5 min walk and for bikeriders like me: we have a nice shed in the backyard!We are looking for a 21-30 yo easygoing and fun person who doesnt mind helping with keeping the house clean who likes to have a chat or hang out together every now and then (even though we also have our own things to do). Also a stable income would also be preferable!I will tell you a little about me and Ram.Ram is a 26yo guy from India who works as a programmer. He has been here since 3 years for his masters and started to work about 6 months ago. He might seem a bit shy in the beginning but once you get to know him better youll see he is really funny and cool to hang out with For me hes the perfect roomie (haha)!About me.. I moved here 6 months ago from Holland and just started my new job as groupleader in Parkville. I have a passion for music (piano and singing) so the person moving in shouldnt have any problems with having some music around every now and then (but no worries I wont play at crazy hours and if you tell me to shut up I will:) ) would be awesome to have a housemate with the same interests! I also like to go out during the weekends for a drink with some friends going to the gym and cooking..There is also one last thing that I cant forget to mention: the house is atm completely unfurnished!
