Hiwe have one room available in a share house its a four bed house and self contained cottage outside (currently rented). We are preferably looking for a female we are three females 27 yrs 32 and 45. Its a great rural location just past Highton and Ceres only 15 minutes to Geelong or Deakin Uni located near Mount Moriac on 30 acres. Its a beautiful country property with great rural views. Its a quiet place and a relaxed household great for study we dont party (not at home anyway) or have lots of visitors and mostly tend to be out and about. It would suit a quiet easy going person whos mature in outlook. We are a mixed household: lesbian and straight.Its a great place with wireless internet tennis court and great amenities. The room can be fully furnished and while wed prefer someone staying a longer time we are happy to have short term tenants or those only staying a few nights in Geelong.
