Check out boating and swimming conditions from the front garden. It is also within walking distance to the boat ramp, beautiful lower bluff and yacht club. For those who love a nature walk, Edwards Point Reserve with its birdlife is only a 15 minute walk away. In addition, there is wonderful foreshore parkland and picnic areas at the end of the street.

St Leonards is such a versatile holiday destination, especially if you seek safe swimming beaches and /or have a boat and love good fishing. Nearby you can indulge in great food and wine by visiting renowned wineries or the historic Queenscliff. Take a short drive to Portarlington which is only a few kilometers away.

With 3 bedrooms, the house can sleep up to 6-7 people:
- Bedroom 1 has one queen size bed
- Bedroom 2 has 2 single bunks (one bunk bed)
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk on the top

It has one bathroom, and a new designer kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher.
The house has heating / air-conditioning, LCD TV with DVD player, ipod player, BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the large landscaped backyard which has a gorgeous Golden Ash tree providing lots of shade and food for local parrots.

There is also driveway parking with a car and / or boat port
A high chair can be made available upon request.

**All linen including towels, bed linen,pillow cases, doonas are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
Pets are strictly not allowed.

September – November – $1,300 per week with a min 3 night stay
December – January – $1,500 per week with a min 7 night stay.
February – April $1,400 per week with a min 3 night stay.
Easter $300 per night with a min 4 night stay.
