Im just chasing a room mate for a new townhouse in St albans park. I take settlement next Monday ( 4th ), with the look of moving in on the Saturday Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double garage place. House will be fully furnished with built in wardrobes in rooms and also has foxtel. Bedrooms arent furnished though. Im a tradesman who stays pretty busy but looking for a housemate that is easy to get along with, that enjoys kicking back relaxing with a beer or two ( sometimes 3 ) and doesnt let things get to overwelming.
