Upstairs- Bedroom 4 has Queen size bed with access to powder room and shower. Lounge room with flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound system, contemporary style dining setting and glass sliding doors which open to the front balcony with outdoor setting to laze away the day and watch the boats sail past. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and offers stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher and separate coffee making area. Garage not available. STRICTLY NO PETS.
