nice large house close to town (actually in Rippleside – not North Geelong) 1 bedroom with robe available and foxtel points if applicable. Would be ideal for uni student (walking distance from deakin uni) or person working in Geelong CBD. Am fairly tidy and nothing needed other than bedroom items (as I have near everything else).
