Hey there we are looking for people to move into our 4 bedroom house close to Pakington Street (Cremorne End) We are close to local shops bars the CBD and train station. There is on street parking or private parking at the back (if you have good reversing skills)There are between 2 rooms available depending on the situation/applicants. (please contact me for more information) One room is a small/medium size to fit a queen size bed and there is a closet. There is another good sized room with a closet. The people moving into the house would need some furniture (please contact me for more information) There is a large double garage at the back of the house with ample storage space.. We have a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area and study room and seperate lounge. There is a patio out the back for summer BBQs and an additional outside area with table and chairs. This would ideally suit a 2 friends looking to move in together or individuals that are looking for a great house cheap rent and excellent location and that dont mind living with other housemates.
