Hi there We have a three bedroom house with one room available to rent. The house is located just off Shannon Avenue and is close to shops and public transport. The house is fully furnished- except for the available bedroom which is really spacious.You would be sharing with a 25 yr old male who works full time and a 22 yr old female student – we are both very easy going and friendly and are very easy to live with. Were looking for either a male or female who is reliable friendly and easy to get along with. Would prefer someone around about the same ages as us.The house has a dishwasher central heating large backyard and under-cover area second toilet driveway. Rent is $100 a week-including bills.
