I have a spacious double room available to rent in Highton from mid-August (or earlier by negotiation). I’ve just been offered an overseas internship so need to fill my room before I go!
It’s a large double room, big windows, double door built in wardrobe sharing a bathroom with only 1 other housemate. The house is also really large, fully furnished (except the bedroom), large garage for extra storage, central heating, off street parking and in a really safe part of town.
There’s just 2 housemates that both work full time and 1 gorgeous chocolate lab.
All this for $115 a week with bills being about $50 a month.
