Looking to rent out one bedroom in a three bedroom brick house in Highton. The house is located near Bonsey Road so close to bus stops, shops, deakin uni and gyms. I’m looking for someone who is clean, honest, reliable and easy going. Between 25 – 34 Must be non smoker. No pets.

The bedroom has built in cupboards. 1 bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Room is available November 1st. Each room is $130 per week or $563 per calendar month.

I’m 28 female and work full time as a teacher and love to swim, surf and go to the gym. The other housemate is 27 male and works full time and loves to cook and swim.
I am looking for someone who is non smoker, clean, honest, reliable and friendly.
