Looking to rent out one bedroom in a three bedroom brick house in Highton. The house is located near Bonsey Road so close to bus stops, shops, deakin uni and gyms. I’m looking for someone who is clean, honest, reliable and easy going. Between 24 – 34. Must be non smoker. No pets.

The bedroom has built in cupboards. 1 bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Room is available March 1st. Each room is $130 per week or $563 per calendar month.

I’m 27 female and work full time as a teacher and love to swim, surf and anything outdoors. The other housemate is 28 female and works full time as a paramedic.
