Hi I own the house in question I am 23 and work full time in Melbourne I leave early and get home late and am more often than not out during the evenings. I am neat and like to clean as I go. I have a cat that lives inside. There is two lounge rooms and one has a dining table in it. I am easy going but appreciate people to be respectful of the house since I own it. There is a double garage that is used for storage. The whole back lounge would be shared between the yourself and my other housemate. There is the ability to have internet connected to the property. There is a bus stop at the end of the street for those who need public transport. There are shops near by and a park behind the house and at the end of the street. Let me know if youre interested. Prefer people that work full time-ish and at least 23 and up. My other housemate works full time and she is often out on the weekends.
