Hey Im Albert and this is Ryan We are second year architecture students studying at the waterfront. We have one more room available in our house and are looking for a couple of reliable easy going laidback people. We are pretty sociable guys and a sense of humour is a must having said that our course can get pretty hectic at times so we also respect peoples space and expect the same in return.This 4 bedroom house is 5 minutes walk to uni and 2 minutes walk to Packington street. The house has just finished being fully renovated with freshly polished wooden floors carpet in all but one room a brand new kitchen and bathroom.
