i am a 25yr old male

i would like a male or female in their 20′s

(located in geelong west. not to far from town)
3 bedroom house but just my self living here.
large living room, separate kitchen
1 bathroom with separate toilet.

fully furnished house other then the room available.

i work full time monday-friday.

i like to have a few beers on the weekends and go out but am generally pretty quiet.

i have a 2 year old border collie thats very playful.
and a cat (which lives on the back deck with the dog mostly)
