I need someone to take over my lease as i have moved out to live with friends.
The house is beautiful, room is furnished with bed and desk. There are two bathrooms, parking and share of the kitchen with the other house mates. The housemates are friendly and get along with everyone.
Rent is $160 for rent includes bills and $600 for bond
The house is across the road with deakin uni and close to public transport and shopping center.
