Hi I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroom house. I work and would prefer to live with someone that works or a student. The backyard has 3 entertaining areas to kick back in. I dont mind if you have visitors just at respectable times. Im not a clean freak but do like neatness 8). I have a dog so pets are ok as long as they get along, tory is a very friendly dog. Couples are ok, same as kids. Im easy to get along with and get along with pretty much anyone 8). Short term or long term is ok. I have wireless unlimited internet. Bills will be shared equally between me and how many roommates we have. One room is basic just a room really $100 p/w. The other is bigger and has built in wardrobe, $120 p/w. I am prepared to give up my room its bigger again, $140 p/w. All rooms have tv and internet access. With the rent you are welcome to use all my household stuff like washing machine, lounge room and pool room, kitchen and all the rest.
