Were two female housemates aged 22 and 21 one being a lawyer and the other studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at Deakin Uni. We also have an adorable 6 month old kitten.Seeking housemate aged 20 – 26 years straight non-smoker.We have 1 bedroom available in 3 bedroom brick veneer house. The house has 2 living areas 3 bedrooms a bathroom (with separate toilet) laundry kitchen back patio garage AND a double carport large front yard and backyard. Weve been there a few months now so it is fully furnished with all amenities (i.e. washing machine fridge freezer microwave TV DVD player etc). The only thing that you will need to bring is furniture for your room (and we have a spare mattress and bed in the garage until you can arrange your own!). The house is on a bit of land but were only 15mins from Geelong CBD. As our city-loving lawyer says it means having the peace and quiet of the countryside without being too far from civilisation. Were also only 5 mins from Geelong Ring Road which makes getting to Melbourne very easy – just over 1 hour. And going the other way out to Deakin Uni at Waurn Ponds takes just 15-20 minutes.We would love to find a friendly tidy and responsible housemate willing to share house cleaning and cooking. We dont have much by way of public transport nearby so youll need your own car.
