Hello I am going overseas In November and I require someone to take my place in my shared house. The lease is only until February 20 2011. I live with three really fun girls in a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and about a 15 minute walk into town. There is a fruit market pizza place liquor store Foodworx and cafe within a 5 minute walk of the house. I think my housemates would prefer to live with a female that is tidy fun and laid-back. The bills are all split equally they are usually around 100 dollars every 2-3 months. The bedroom is unfurnished and it is a reasonable size it will fit a queen size bed. Anyways if you think that you can help me out that would be great.Thanks!
