Its a 3 bedroom house on a 10 acre block only 15 mins away from the beach and 20 mins from the CBD in the quiet town of Drysdale. 1 unfurbished bedroom available for either short or long term which has carpet large window and TV port no built in robes. 1 bathroom with bath and seperate shower large kitchen seperate laundry and toilet central heating and parking at rear of property. I am easy going and neat work part time and also studying full time. I love being outdoors and keeping busy. I am looking for someone to share my home who is reliable neat friendly and motivated.
