We have a room in a 3 bedroom Breakwater house that is available for rent. The house is very tidy with a large back yard and is in a great location. Right by the East Geelong TAFE, close to town and universities and in a quiet street. Also bus stops within a 2 minute walk.
The house is fully furnished but bedroom is not furnished. It is a good size, with a carpet floor and TV point. It does not have built in wardrobes.
I am a 21 year old female, I study and work. My house mate is also a 21 year old girl who is great to live with and works full time. I have a long haired miniature dachshund who is an inside dog. His type of fur is said to be ‘hypo-allergenic’ and he is kept very clean so don’t be put off if you have allergies.

We have had a bad run with house mates in the past so will only be accepting an exceptional house mate! Potential house mates must be friendly, tidy and considerate. Also MUST be able to pay rent and bills on time. Would prefer female of similar age who is either working full time or studying and working. Also must be okay with my dog.
