Looking for a male to fill the 3rd bedroom of a brand new house in Belmont. Wil be living with 2 other guys, 25 and 32- both easy going, low maintainence, fun, clean and respectful. We both enjoy a drink or two, and ideally are looking for someone who doesn’t mind being social with our great group of friends.
House is brand new and the room up for grabs can come with a bed if needed. Spacious, plenty of storage, modern appliances and fully furnished. Plenty of street parking available and close to Highton and Belmont shops. Power/water/internet bills split 3 ways.
