Hi there! My names Danni and my housemate and i are looking to fill our spare room which will be empty late October as our current housemate is moving out. Downside is that the lease actually ends late January. May or may not decide to re-new the lease but will decide closer to the end. The bedroom itself is double size easily fit a queen bed and small desk. and has its own bathroom including shower toilet and sink. Rent is $100 per week paid fortnightly. Also we split all bills 3 ways including the gardner which comes every 3-4 weeks. You would be sharing with a 20yro female uni student and a 21yro female full time beauty therapist trainee. We are very easy to get along with clean up after ourselves and dont mind a drink or 2 on the weekends. Also were going to be losing some furniture when the current housie moves out so if you have any handy that would be great!If you sound like what were looing for then let us know asap!!
