Hi Everyone We have a room available in a large unit/townhouse in Bell Post Hill to share with 2 girls. We are 22 and 23. We both work full time. We are easy going and friendly. Always up for a chat a laugh and few drinks. We are pretty quiet during the week but like to get out and about on the weekends. We are looking for someone who is going to be easy to get along with tidy and doesnt mind helping out around the place. Pretty much someone we can be friends with.The Unit itself is quite large. It has a big kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. An ensuite to the main bedroom and another large bathroom. The backyard is all concrete so no maintenance out there. It is half covered with a pergola so plenty of room in the wet weather. Front yard just needs a little weeding every now and then. Rent is $90 per week plus expenses. Foxtel is currently on which is $10 per week each. If the third person decides they dont want it we will get rid of it. Bond is $400.Looking forward to hearing from anyone who is interested. Thanks
