Hey! My name is Monique Im 23yo and the other housemate on the lease is Nick 30yo. Were both full time workers. A new housemate has just moved in Elsa and she is a 24yo student and has 3 part time jobs.We have a room becoming available next week as our other housemate is moving out to be closer to uni. We are looking for another guy preferably to make the dynamics a bit more even.Its a pretty big house – 2 loungerooms 4 bedrooms. Its in a great spot walking distance to public transport if needed gym next door just up the road from Jells Park wheelers hill shops brandon park the glen shopping centre knox etc and also only about 40mins from the city.I have a tiny little dog. She is outside during the day when Im at work and only comes inside when Im home. So obviously you need to like animals :)Wed rather someone who works full time. Looking for someone responsible and reliable who pays rent and bills on time is clean (mainly for communal areas like kitchen and bathroom) and respectful of everyone else in the house. Someone who is easy to get along with and talk to friendly and has a sense of humour :)A little bit about us: Nick works full time in IT and is very rarely home. I am training at the police academy full time monday to friday. Pretty quiet during the week as I have early starts – so this isnt a party house.
