We have a bedroom available in an awesome house. We’re in Vermont South just off Burwood Highway. The bedroom for rent is upstairs, has a built-in wardrobe, ducted heating, balcony access and as we’re on a hill, an amazing view of the Dandenong mountains, too.

Freshly rennovated, clean, big: It’s double-story with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (3 toilets, 2 showers), an open, expansive modern granite-top kitchen & lounge, ducted heating, two large fridges, house fully furnished with our own furniture & whitegoods (so we take good care of it). Has a big back yard too, in a safe street in leafy Vermont South. Very clean, not crowded, because it’s a big place. It’s honestly the best place I’ve rented in, in 10 years of renting.
