Large 2-storey well-kept 4-bed 3-bath house in rowville right next door to Stud park shopping centre. Current housemates include a gasoline-obsessed mechanic a fashion-obsessed final year uni student and a fun-loving teacher who originates from Frankston- but we dont hold that against her. Were all in our mid twenties and consider ourselves somewhat mature. Were all christian and would prefer a fellow church-going christian. Were looking for someone who is relatively tidy fun interesting and generally awesome. Rent for the room is approx $430 per month plus bills (which wes split)- we also have fast wireless internet. The house has a huge backyard large kitchen and dining area and we enjoy entertaining our friends as were all very social.
