Hi Were 2 guys currently living in Knox. Our housemates (all best friends of ours) have moved back home and were in need of a couple of extra boys. We live on a big block the house has 5 bedrooms 3 Living Areas Foxtel Wireless Internet Double Garage (and space for about 3 cars in the driveway). Weve got 2 plasmas too many fridges computer and stuff. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher. And every kitchen appliance imaginable.Bus Stop is down the street. Train Station not far away (Bayswater Boronia Ferntree Gully or Glen Waverley). Shops are at the end of the street and Knox City isnt far either.Included in monthly rent is Foxtel Internet Power Gas Basic Groceries (bread milk cheese eggs fruit and veg juice etc). We tend to eat together whenever we can and love having people over for dinner and stuff.We have a dog. Hes pretty tame and just lives out in the yard. Were after a couple of boys to come in – under 23 – but over 18. Uni Students are fine. Ideally youd love to socialise as well as having some downtimes love meeting new people dont mind sharing round some cooking and cleaning stuff etc. Youd only need bring stuff for your room. Both rooms have wardrobes and are big rooms (weve previously had 2 people share each room). Youd be sharing a bathroom (main bathroom). Photos of the house are coming…
