It consists of one bathroom two toilets lock up garage with heaps of extra storage Extremelly large back yard off road parking dishwasher exterior laundry so you can do washing anytime withought waking up the other housemates and much much more.The room you are applying for is absolutly HUGH! the biggest in the house. it has a single door out to the small balcony where you can sit and have a morning coffe or soak up the sun while reading. It is also right next to the bathroom and toilet. Situated in a lovelly spot with a empty block next door often used to kick the footy around or play other games. Your two flatmates are students with part time jobs so they study alot and are often not around. They do like to have a more than occasional drink and are love a good chat.If you are looking for more than just a room and want to be part of a loving home then this is the place for you.The room will be unfurnished but I may leave some stuff behind that you are welcome to use or disgard of.
