Tidy/clean room available in central ringwood. fully furnished. facilities like laundry kitchen nice backyard . -Great location. less than 5 mins working distance from the Eastland the largest shopping centre. close to train station bus shop. 1min driving distance from new eastern free way. really easy to go to city .-3 bed room house with look up garage. share with 2 housemates one male and myself ( female) both of us 24 and professional. very friendly and love to keep house clean. and both of us are non smoker and do not love party !!!-looking for a friendly housemate to share long term who is tidy and clean love quiet and relaxed life style. easy going and get alone well with people. most importantly we do not someone who is party animal . both of us doing continue study besides our work so we do not want some one who will be holding party all the time at home. you can invite friends to come over occasionally of course but not sooooooo often.
