ABOUT THE HOUSE:It is a very nice well maintained 3 bedroom house located in a very quiet street in Ringwood. It is only 9 years old. The room is a good size with a 2 x large built in wardrobes and a good size window.It has all the modcons – dishwasher laundry fully stocked kitchen heating aircon BBQ and a huge TV with surround sound and a good selection of movies (plus an X Box 360). It also has high speed cable internet (fastest available) with plenty of download and both WiFi and ethernet connection.ABOUT THE AREA:You would be living less than 10 minutes walk to:-Ringwood Train Station (Ringwood is a hub station meaning there are plenty of trains to CBD).-Eastland Shopping Centre (good cinemas and lots of shops).-Several good pubs and restaurants.-Ringwood Lake and several other parks.-Ringwood swimming pool.By car it is a 30 minute drive to the CBD or the Beach.Ringwood is a nice safe suburb with plenty of parks and facilities and well connected both for driving and catching public transport.ABOUT US:I live here with a couple from New Zealand – we are all in our late 20s. We are all easy going and can get along well with most people. We keep the house tidy but not over the top about it. We all work full time.I respect other peoples personal space. On weekends I like to go out with friends for a BBQ or a few drinks or go away camping etc. After work I normally have a quiet night in – a bit of TV or reading etc.I own the house so there will be no issues with absent land lords if something breaks and youll never have to chase me for rent.ABOUT YOU:Im not too fussed about age gender or occupation.
