Clean and well located Unit.. Off street parking and 2 minute walk to Train and 5 minutes to Shopping centre… Looking for a female who is house proud. Either a full time employeed female or a Student who if prepared to do more of the cleaning and help out with some other basic house hold things reduction in rent available.Room is currently furnished but can be cleared if they want there own things.
