Looking for a house mate for short or long term. Im a professional who does a few business trips here and there and would like an easy going person to share the place with. The flat is very nice and cosy fully furnished modern secure (3rd story apartment) and 300m from the train station (Ormond). Takes 20 minutes to get into the city or 7 minutes by car to the beach. Im a pretty sporty person also into the windsurfing/surfing scene. Tennis and indoor soccer also. Non-smoker no pets can cook a bit when I need to Like the place to be reasonably tide also if possible although not hugely fussed about it. Also dont mind a red or beer over a good conversation.
