We are needing nice clean friendly people to fill our house with fun and laughter.The house is a large three bedroom house set on North Road. We have a bus stop out the front 630 (to Monash Clayton campus) so it would suit students to a tee and with Ormond Station (Frankston line) less than a ten minute walk away it would suit professionals as well.We have one room up for rent but you have a choice of two as I am negotiable with my room. At the moment I have the largest room in the house but would happily give it up if the new rentals were a couple as it has plenty of room to move. It has two freestanding Ikea wardrobes which have been bolted to the wall and a huge front window that overlooks the front garden and the road. The front room comes out onto the lounge room which is where we spend most of our nights talking and watching whatever we can find on TV. The room down the back of the house is small but fits a queen size bed bedside table and a chest of drawers and has a built in wardrobe as well. It comes with the bonus of a possible study area/ second lounge area which at the moment is being used as a storage area for our desks. If you dont want a study area we can also put all the things in the garage which doubles as a storage room (if you have anything to store that is the best place for it). We are also happy to re-arrange anything else in the rest of the house to accommodate your furniture if you have any.The room is unfurnished (other than wardrobes) but we can sell on things like a chest of drawers (that may or may not need some fixing) and a cabinet. Price on inspection.Now a little about us I am a 26 year old female who works two jobs six days a week (retail and natural therapies a good mix of crazy and calm). At the moment Sunday is my only day off and I love nothing better then a sleep in and then set out to do fun things like washing cleaning and all the other stuff I put off all week saying that I am always up for an adventure. I have a wonderful kitty called Snoop who is a rescue cat and is slowly turning into the two year old that she is. She is very affectionate and loves cuddles and to ‘talk’ to you in the morning. I take care of all of her stuff but you do have to be a cat person if you want to live with us she generally turns non cat people in to feline loving friends with her awesome personality. Hopefully I will be studying this year which will take my work load down and mean I have free time to hang and be more human again. Living with me is my 26 year old best friend who works five days a week in a job she loves and is hoping to further her career in. Shes a bag of fun and can recite pretty much any Will Ferrell movie off by heart and will do so at any opportunity (NOTE: If you hate Will just move along here). She likes a cider out the front on a hot day is a vegetarian and loves to cook. She has a 12 year old cattle dog cross called Bonnie who also loves to ‘talk’ any time of the day to anyone that will listen to her and who can be as crazy as a puppy at times. She has a few tricks up her sleeve and is pretty easy to get a long with as long as you scratch her belly and show her love. So what we are looking for is basically someone who we can have a conversation with who wont sit in their room 90% of the time and who will pitch in with the cleaning and upkeep of the place. We dont mind couples if they are happy and fun. We preferably want a male but would be happy with females so long as they are chilled out and like being idiots with us. Because we have two pets we cant have another person with a pet as the real estate only let us have two on the lease. The rent is $679 each (for singles) not including bills but rent is negotiable depending on room size and if we get a couple or a single. We can chat about everything when you get in contact.
