Hi everyone Im a 22 year old female. Running a business working going back to study in March. I am currently renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 2 underground carspaces (one of which I use the other is free) and a balcony for you smokers (but no smoking inside – Im not a smoker). Kitchen and lounge furniture included and all kitchen accesories also included. Must be respectful of others belonging as most of my stuff occupies the place. I currently live in one bedroom and use the main bathroom as my personal bathroom. The spare room is actually the master bedroom and has its own ensuite which includes le toilet and le shower. The spare room currently has a loft double bed and table underneath but I am able to remove those if the future tenant would like to have their own things in there Although… The loft bed really makes for great space utilisation! Location is AMAZING highly sought after – great for students or those who work in the city or near a station. My apartment is extremely close to Ormond station with some major bus lines running out of the station too. Im looking for a reliable friendly clean person with a reliable income as my new room mate. I have no preference over gender or sexuality however no couples please. I do have one cat Tiger very friendly little one. However she isnt a fan of other pets so sorry no other pets allowed. Im very friendly and would hope for someone I can get along with and hopefully have a friendship with although I do love my privacy too. Rent $190 (ONO) per week bond $500 plus share outgoings (electricity and water) I also have unlimited high speed wireless internet so sharing potential if you would like to tap in to that too.Looking for someone who is able to stay for more than 3 months semi permanent.
