Hello this is a 3 bedroom house share with two other 25 years and 34 years old guys.I will be moving back to Germany in February but the lease of the house is until the end of April. So I am searching for somebody who wants to take my room for just 3 Months.It is not sure if the lease could be extended from May so please only send a message if you need a room until May!The rent is $605 per month bills for wifi internet gas water and electricity are extra. All together about $60 per month.There is a busstop in front of the house. The bus 630 takes you to the Ormond Railway station in 5 Minutes. Or walk there in about 12 Minutes from here.The bus also goes directly to Monash University.Public transport also takes you to the beach in less than 30 Minutes or to Chadstone shopping centre in 15 Minutes.Bottleshop Kebab and Red Rooster are very close by. The next supermarket is the IGA next to Ormond Railway Station.If you want the bedroom furnished I sell all the things you see on the picture (bed shelf commode table chair lamps television) for a little amount. Otherwise I will move all the things out and the room comes without anything.I only lived here for about 5 months and also bought everything like it is from the girl who lived here before. It is all in very good condition.I guess the room would be big enough for a couple. It also has a walk in wardrobe as you can see on the pictures.Bond is $800 and after we get the approval of the landlord and agency we change our names in the leasing contract.All three people are in the contract so after the lease ends in May you will get the bond back from the agency or if it is possible you can extend the lease.Check out the pictures and if you are interested please send me a message to my mobile.
