Hey there I have a house mate that is moving out after 18months and looking for someone to move in. I work long hours and have a cat so you need to like cats. You will have your own bathroom with a shower and bath, but we will have to share the toilet as there is only one. I have a double bed if you need one and I also have linen as well. The house is fully furnished. We can work out car parking as well. There is a station within 5minutes and shops as well.
