Two bedrooms (both upstairs), two separate living areas, gas heating plus solid fuel heater, set on 7 acres of bush and gardens with one other dwelling. Rent is including gardening & lawns however, rent will be discounted in exchange for some gardening/mowing work. Strictly no pets.
