Hi I have a room for rent on Dandenong Rd in Oakleigh only 5 minutes drive (or ride) from Monash university the Monash freeway and Chadstone shopping centre. Youll be moving in with two males (26 and 25 y.o) who work weekdays. The house is furnished including TV washing machine and even a bed if you need it. We have wireless broadband Internet as well. We are relaxed guys and have no real preference for the type of person who moves in but we feel we would probably get along best with a student or professional in their 20s who enjoys hanging out with friends playing sport with friends drinking with friends etc.The house has a lounge as well as an eating area off the kitchen.
