we have a room coming up for rent in the mulgrave/springvale on the 18th jan.$540 per caldander month + bills. we live about a 10 min drive from the monash uni and have public transport extreamly close. there is one couple a female and two lovely doggies! so must not be too worried about house being spotless lol. we are social but not partiers!!!room is unfurnished.plz feel free to contact for more details :)and or to check out the room.cheers aj/sean and kay.
