Looking for a new housemate as current housemate is moving on the 17th May.

Rent is $140 p/week including bills.
Bond is $521.50.
First months rent is $480 and would be prefered when move in, but not nessecary.

The room is big enough for a queen size bed, has a heating duct and a small built-in wardrobe. The window has a roller shutter.

We have a big, fully furnished house (except this room), high speed internet, washing machine and dryer, ducted heating, air con (being repaired), a big kitchen, good landlords and a fairly clean house. Easy maintenance with floorboards and minimal garden. Plenty of space for any storage needs.

We’re 200m from the nearest bus stop, 2.7km’s from Mt Waverley train station and supermarket, and a 10 minute drive to Chadstone.

The lease is up in March 2014, so we’re looking for anyone who can stay for a good majority of that time or who is happy to take over the lease in March.
