2 single rooms for rent. A 3rd room will become available shortly. I am female and would prefer only female renters unless in a couple. I have a puppy currently 14 weeks old so you would need to be able to get along with him. I dont mind other pets aslong as they are house trained and not destructive. Must be clean neat and tidy. The house is fairly new (6 months old). It has 1 bathroom and toilet and my room has an ensuite so the bathroom would be yours. There are 4 bedrooms in total 2 living areas kitchen laundry rumpus and an enclosed back yard with high fences. About me… I work 2 jobs so longish hours and am not home a whole lot. In my spare time I love to workout or have a drink with friends. I am not looking for renters who want throw parties every weekend but dont mind having people/friends over for drinks or whatever.
