You are also welcome to bring your own. There are plenty of parking spaces in the front. The backyard and outdoor space will be shared with the landlord living at the front duplex.

Electricity and water are provided at a fixed cost to reasonable usage. You are expected to connect your own gas with a reseller. WiFi Internet is also provided.
